We’re a new-age real estate development firm focused on premium redevelopment projects in Bandra and Khar West, Mumbai. With two projects already in motion and more acquisitions underway, we’re reimagining how redevelopment is done—prioritizing trust, tech, and transparency.

What You’ll Do

- Assist the founder in all aspects of building the company.
- Evaluate and assist in project acquisition and feasibility.
- Coordinate with consultants (branding, website, design, legal, architects etc.).




- Visit and supervise ongoing redevelopment sites.
- Prepare investor presentations and internal documents.
- Research and support project acquisition strategy.
- Help build systems for project tracking, team collaboration, and marketing.

Who You Are

- Curious, driven, and hands-on.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and multitasking.
- Familiar with PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Bonus: Interest in real estate, urban development, or startups.
