Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Trainer to deliver qualified training to students, working professionals, and aspiring SAP consultants. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP IBP solutions, a good understanding of supply chain planning processes, and the ability to explain planning concepts through practical examples and real-time business scenarios.

The candidate should be capable of delivering structured training sessions, providing hands-on demonstrations, and guiding learners through SAP IBP configuration, planning processes, and industry-relevant projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive training on SAP IBP concepts, functionalities, and planning processes.
- Explain SAP IBP architecture, planning models, master data, and key planning concepts.
- Train learners on demand planning, statistical forecasting, and demand sensing.
- Provide training on supply planning, inventory optimization, and response and supply planning.
- Explain Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP;) and Integrated Business Planning processes.
- Cover key figures, planning levels, attributes, planning operators, and time profiles.
- Train learners on SAP IBP Excel add-in and planning views.
- Explain configuration concepts, planning areas, versions, scenarios, and data integration.
- Introduce learners to SAP IBP integrations with SAP S/4HANA and other relevant systems.
- Provide practical demonstrations, assignments, and real-time supply chain scenarios.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, exercises,



and assessments.
- Guide learners through case studies and project-based exercises.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning).
- Good understanding of supply chain planning and business processes.
- Knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, and supply planning.
- Understanding of inventory optimization and S&OP; processes.
- Experience with planning areas, key figures, planning levels, and master data.
- Familiarity with the SAP IBP Excel add-in and planning functionalities.
- Knowledge of data integration and SAP IBP configuration concepts.
- Understanding of integration with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain functional concepts clearly to beginners and experienced professionals.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as an SAP IBP Consultant, Supply Chain Planning Consultant, or SAP IBP Trainer.
- Experience in SAP IBP implementation, configuration, rollout, or support projects.
- Hands-on experience with one or more SAP IBP modules, such as Demand, Response and Supply, Inventory, or S&OP.;
- Knowledge of supply chain planning processes in manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries.
- Experience delivering classroom, corporate, or online training.
- Relevant SAP certifications are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,300.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
