ApnoKeCare connects families in Bangalore with verified nannies, babysitters, Japa maids and elderly caregivers. Our services include part-time and live-in nannies, newborn care and instant short-notice booking. Our promise is simple: the right caregiver, matched to the family’s needs, with a team that stays with them after care begins.
About the Role
You will be the link between families who need care and the caregivers who provide it. Our team shares leads, which are families who need a nanny or caregiver. You will call and shortlist suitable caregivers, then negotiate and confirm the best rate for the booking. It’s a great chance to learn recruitment, negotiation and operations at a growing startup.
Key Responsibilities
Get caregiver requirements from the team: location, timings, duties, budget and language.
Call nannies and caregivers to check their availability, experience and interest.
Hire nannies on a daily basis against the leads provided.
Negotiate to confirm the best possible price for each booking, within the budget we set.
Check that each caregiver’s location, skills and experience match the family’s needs.
Share caregiver details with the team and update the lead tracker daily.
Follow up with caregivers to confirm they reach on time, and build a reliable caregiver database.
Give daily updates to the team and flag any issues promptly.
Who Can Apply
Any graduate (final-year students can also apply).
Fluent in Kannada (mandatory), plus Hindi and English.
Confident, polite phone communication, as the role is mostly calling.
Positive negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic comfort with Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
Own smartphone and stable internet connection.
Self-disciplined and able to work independently from home.
Patience and empathy when speaking with caregivers from different backgrounds.
