About the Role

GRL is looking for an Application Developer with hands-on experience in the MERN Stack and React

Native. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web and mobile applications

and should be comfortable working on both Android and iOS platforms.

This role is suitable for a developer who has a good foundation in full-stack development and wants to

work across web and mobile application development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.

- Build cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.

- Develop and maintain applications for both Android and iOS.

- Develop and integrate REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

- Work with MongoDB for storing and managing application data.

- Integrate third-party APIs and services.

- Implement authentication, authorization, and other application features.

- Debug and resolve issues across web and mobile applications.

- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive and functional applications.

- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members.

- Participate in code reviews and follow coding best practices.

- Assist with Android and iOS application builds and deployments.

- Maintain and improve existing applications based on business requirements.

Required Skills

Web Development

- Good knowledge of JavaScript.

- Hands-on experience with React.js.

- Basic to good knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.





- Experience working with REST APIs.

- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.

Mobile Development

- Hands-on experience with React Native.

- Understanding of developing applications for Android and iOS.

- Familiarity with mobile application builds and deployment.

- Understanding of device permissions, notifications, and API integration is a plus.

Database

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB.

- Basic understanding of database design and queries.

Tools & Other Skills

- Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub/GitLab.

- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Understanding of API testing tools such as Postman is a plus.

- Knowledge of AWS or Azure is an advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of relevant development experience.

- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to learn recent technologies and work independently.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who can contribute across the complete application stack:

React.js → Node.js → Express.js → MongoDB → React Native → Android & iOS

Candidates with experience in both web and mobile application development will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
