About the Job

We are looking for someone who can speak, read, and write fluent Arabic to handle our Arabic-speaking customers.

In this role, you will talk directly with customers from Arab countries over phone calls and WhatsApp/chat. Your main job is to answer their questions, talk about our products, follow up with them, and close the sales. You will also coordinate with our internal workshop and office teams to make sure customer orders are prepared correctly.

What You Will Do:

- Make calls to Arabic customers and talk to them politely and confidently in Arabic.
- Answer incoming calls and reply to customer messages/chats in Arabic.
- Explain our products, help customers make buying decisions, and close deals.
- Coordinate with our other departments (design, production, shipping) to pass on order details and customer requirements.
- Keep simple daily updates on calls made and customer replies.

Requirements:

- Arabic Language (Compulsory): You must be able to speak, read, and type/write in Arabic clearly.
- Positive Phone Manner: Polite, friendly, and confident while talking to customers on calls.
- Work Setup at Home: A laptop/computer, mobile phone, good earphones/headset, and a reliable internet connection.
- Teamwork:



Able to work well with different internal departments on daily tasks.

Bonus (Not Mandatory):

- Candidates living in Surat are a plus.
- Prior experience in jewellery sales or telecalling is a plus.

Pay & Work Details:

- Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on your Arabic skills and experience).
- Location: Work from the comfort of your home.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
