We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tender Bid Submission Assistant to support our business development team in managing and submitting bids across various government procurement platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the GeM portal, and state-level e-procurement portals of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and other Indian states, along with familiarity with central government tender systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify relevant tenders across GeM, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and other state/central e-procurement portals
- Manage end-to-end tender bid submission process
- Prepare and compile all necessary documents and annexures required for tenders
- Track submission deadlines and ensure timely submissions
- Communicate with departments for bid clarifications, corrigenda, and updates
- Maintain a database of bids submitted, ongoing, and upcoming opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical/financial inputs

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in tender submission via GeM, Telangana,



Andhra Pradesh, and central government portals
- Knowledge of documentation and compliance requirements for public procurement
- Ability to read and understand tender documents and extract relevant information
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and PDF tools)
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Experience with additional eProcurement platforms (e.g., Karnataka, Maharashtra, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of pricing and financial documentation in bids
