Junior Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Junior Developer to manage business data, prepare reports and dashboards, automate MIS processes, and develop internal reporting tools. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, advanced formulas, HTML, JavaScript, and Google Apps Script.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.

Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

Maintain accurate databases and reporting files.

Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and business performance.

Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for corrections.

Develop automated reports to reduce manual reporting activities.

Google Sheets & Excel

Create advanced reports using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

Use formulas such as:

VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

INDEX & MATCH

SUMIF / SUMIFS

COUNTIF / COUNTIFS

IF / IFS

FILTER

QUERY

ARRAYFORMULA

Create Pivot Tables, charts, dashboards, data validation, conditional formatting, and dynamic reporting systems.

Optimize complex formulas and large datasets for better performance.

Google Apps Script

Develop and maintain automation using Google Apps Script.

Automate data collection, report generation, email notifications, file creation, and data processing.

Create custom functions and automated workflows in Google Sheets.

Integrate Google Sheets with Gmail, Drive, Forms, Calendar, and other Google Workspace services.

Develop menu buttons, triggers, scheduled jobs, and approval workflows.

Troubleshoot and improve existing Apps Script automations.

HTML & Frontend Development

Develop simple internal web applications and reporting interfaces using HTML and CSS.

Create user-friendly forms, dashboards, and data-entry interfaces.

Connect HTML forms with Google Apps Script backend services.





Display Google Sheets data dynamically on web pages.

Develop responsive and easy-to-use internal MIS tools.

JavaScript

Write JavaScript for frontend functionality and Google Apps Script automation.

Handle form submissions, validations, calculations, data processing, and API responses.

Debug and maintain JavaScript-based reporting applications.

Work with JSON, arrays, objects, functions, events, and asynchronous operations.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet formulas and data manipulation.

Positive working knowledge of Google Apps Script.

Good knowledge of JavaScript.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Understanding of frontend-to-backend communication.

Knowledge of JSON and APIs will be an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good attention to detail and data accuracy.

Ability to automate repetitive reporting processes.

Qualifications

Candidates with strong practical skills in Google Sheets, Apps Script, JavaScript, and HTML may be considered based on technical ability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
