1. Architect – F&B; Projects

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed architectural working drawings for restaurants, QSRs, cafés, and other F&B; outlets.
- Develop technical drawings, including floor plans, furniture layouts, partition layouts, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and wall elevations.
- Prepare detailed sections, construction details, joinery details, counter details, and interior fit-out drawings.
- Coordinate MEP services, including electrical layouts, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and exhaust systems.
- Develop kitchen equipment layouts and coordinate equipment dimensions, service connections, and installation requirements.
- Prepare door, window, façade, signage, and other architectural detailing drawings.
- Review site conditions and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and execution teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and suitable for on-site execution.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and a solid understanding of architectural working drawings.
- Practical knowledge of construction detailing, interior fit-outs, and F&B; project requirements.
- Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into precise technical drawings.
- Good understanding of dimensions, levels, material specifications, and building services coordination.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant software will be an advantage.

2. Draftsman – Architectural & Technical Drawings

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Job Responsibilities:





- Prepare accurate architectural working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop detailed floor plans, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, elevations, and sections.
- Prepare enlarged details of counters, joinery, partitions, wall finishes, doors, and other interior elements.
- Incorporate site measurements, mark-ups, and revisions into drawings.
- Assist in preparing electrical, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and kitchen equipment coordination drawings.
- Maintain drawing standards, dimensions, annotations, layers, and sheet layouts.
- Coordinate with architects and project teams to ensure drawings are complete and ready for execution.
- Revise drawings as per project requirements and site feedback.

Required Skills:

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting standards.
- Good understanding of working drawings, dimensions, sections, elevations, and construction details.
- Ability to read architectural drawings and develop detailed execution drawings independently.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Experience in restaurant, café, QSR, or commercial interior projects will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in F&B; projects and technical detailing will be given preference.
- Strong focus on execution-oriented drawings rather than only conceptual design.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
