About the Role:

We are hiring a Medical Technician to provide real-time documentation support to our consulting doctors — accurately typing medical notes and diagnostic reports as the doctor dictates during patient consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide live transcription support during doctor-patient consultations, capturing medical history, symptoms, findings, and instructions as dictated
- Prepare and finalize radiology and diagnostic reports accurately and within turnaround time
- Maintain well-structured patient records and documentation systems
- Proofread all reports for accuracy, completeness, and correct medical terminology
- Manage day-to-day documentation support for the consulting physician

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience; medical scribing or radiology report typing experience is a plus
- DMLT/DRT or equivalent medical certification
- Fast and accurate typing skills with robust command of medical and radiology terminology
- Ability to keep pace with doctor dictation in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Good communication and patient-handling skills

2️ Content Creator | Up to ₹20,000/month (Onsite)

About the Role:

Bring the Nova Diagnostics brand to life through engaging daily visual content for our social media.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, shoot, and edit daily reels, photos, and short videos for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Create content around health awareness, diagnostic services,



facility tours, and patient education
- Stay updated with social media trends, sounds, and formats to maximize reach
- Maintain a consistent posting calendar and brand voice
- Track content performance (views, engagement, reach) and optimize accordingly

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in content creation / social media
- Proficiency in video shooting & editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Strong eye for visuals, storytelling, and trending formats
- Ability to produce consistent daily output with minimal supervision

3️ Digital Marketing Executive | ₹20,000/month (Onsite)

About the Role:

Manage our online campaigns and grow our patient base through performance marketing on Meta and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other social platforms
- Run and optimize campaigns for Ad Boosts, Brand Awareness, and Lead Generation
- Set up audience targeting, budgets, and A/B testing to maximize ROAS
- Generate and track leads; coordinate timely follow-up with the front desk team
- Analyze campaign performance (CPL, CTR, conversions) and share weekly reports
- Manage Google Business Profile, reviews, and local SEO presence

Requirements:





- 2–4 years of experience in digital/social media marketing
- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager (boosting, lead forms, awareness campaigns)
- Healthcare marketing experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with WhatsApp Business and CRM tools

4️ Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Provider/Practitioner Relations | ₹20,000+

About the Role:

Build and strengthen our network by developing strong relationships with doctors, healthcare providers, and practitioners across the Tricity region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and practitioners
- Drive referral business through regular on-ground meetings with providers
- Introduce and promote Nova Diagnostics' services, packages, and offerings
- Organize health camps, doctor meets, and networking events to boost visibility
- Onboard new providers/practitioners into the referral network
- Collect market feedback, share insights with management, and achieve monthly targets

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in field sales, medical representation, or PR (healthcare preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Existing local network of doctors/practitioners in Panchkula, Chandigarh, Mohali is a big plus
- Presentable, self-driven, and comfortable with field visits; two-wheeler preferred
