Preferably a Post Graduate / Graduate in Management, Engineering, Food Technology, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs
The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating Rasna's extensive PAN-India operations through franchisees and job workers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Franchisee & Job Worker Management
- Identify and evaluate suitable franchisees/job workers across India.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with franchisees/job workers.
- Regularly liaise with and coordinate with them to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor their overall performance and ensure adherence to company requirements.
- Purchase & Raw Material Coordination
- Ensure that all Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) are purchased by franchisees/job workers strictly as per Rasna's approved SOPs.
- Ensure proper availability of RM/PM to avoid production interruptions.
- Coordinate with the relevant internal teams and external partners for timely procurement.
- Production Coordination
- Ensure production at franchisee/job-worker locations is carried out strictly as per Rasna's production benchmarks, processes and SOPs.
- Ensure production is completed within the required timelines.
- Monitor production planning, capacity and output.
- Identify production-related issues and ensure timely corrective action.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure that production at all franchisee/job-worker locations consistently meets Rasna's quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Quality team to address quality issues, deviations and corrective actions.
- Ensure strict compliance with approved processes and specifications.
- Government & Statutory Coordination
- Coordinate with relevant Government and Statutory Authorities wherever required.
- Ensure that franchisees/job workers comply with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Sales & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate closely with the Sales team to understand market requirements and ensure timely production and availability of products.
- Work with Purchase, Quality, Production, Sales and other internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Job Worker Manpower Management
- Monitor and coordinate manpower requirements at job-worker locations.
- Ensure adequate manpower is available to meet production requirements.
- Address operational manpower-related issues in coordination with the concerned job workers.
- Timely Production & Supply
- Take overall responsibility for ensuring that production is completed on time and as per the required quantity and quality standards.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and ensure their resolution.
Candidate Profile
- Robust experience in FMCG / Food / Dairy / Pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
- Excellent coordination and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple franchisees/job workers across different locations.
- Strong understanding of purchase, production, quality and supply-chain processes.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel across India as required.
- Should be hands-on, responsible and capable of independently managing operations.
