Job Role: Business Development Manager (Food Consulting)

Location: Ithum Tower, Sector 62, Noida
Working Days & Timings: Monday – Saturday (Alternate Saturday Off), 9:30am – 6:30pm

Experience: 3+ Years in sales/ business development
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience & skills + performance-based incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and results-driven Business Development Managers to manage the lead conversion process for our Food Consulting business. The candidate will be provided with qualified leads by the company and will be responsible for converting those leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

· Convert company-provided qualified leads into successful business opportunities.

· Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Food Consulting and Manufacturing solutions.

· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups to drive conversions.

· Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and commercial offers with clients.





· Manage the complete sales process, from the first client interaction to successful deal

· Negotiate commercial terms and achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

· Maintain accurate client records, follow-up details, and sales activities in the CRM.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process after deal closure.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Client Servicing, or Counselling.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to confidently interact with clients and business owners.
