We are Looking of Operation Executive for Manufacturing Company Located in Chandigarh ( Punjab )
Qualification: MBA
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor business performance across manufacturing plants, sales offices and business units.
- Prepare MIS reports, KPI dashboards and management review presentations.
- Track management decisions, action items, deadlines and closure status.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, IT and other departments.
- Identify operational issues, performance gaps and delays, and escalate them to the Group COO.
- Support process improvement, digital transformation and cost optimization initiatives.
Required Skills
- Robust analytical and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and MIS reporting.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail, accountability and confidentiality.
