Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.




Communicate professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, wherever required.
Meet assigned performance and productivity targets.
