About the Role

Would you like to work with a popular YouTube creator and learn how videos come together—from the first idea to the final upload?

We are looking for an enthusiastic fresher or early-career creator to help produce content about aquariums, fishkeeping, and nature. This is a hands-on role involving research, shoot planning, filming, editing, and preparing content for posting.

You do not need years of experience or aquarium knowledge. We value basic video-making skills, curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

Your Responsibilities

- Research video ideas, audience questions, and relevant trends, checking facts and sources.
- Help prepare video outlines, talking points, shot lists, and shoot schedules.
- Film presentations, interviews, demonstrations, aquarium close-ups, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Edit YouTube videos, Shorts, and Instagram Reels with clear storytelling and engaging pacing.
- Add captions, music, basic graphics, and sound corrections.
- Explore AI tools for brainstorming, subtitles, supporting visuals, and B-roll where appropriate, without misleading viewers.
- Assist with titles, thumbnail ideas, descriptions, and social media posts.
- Maintain a content calendar and help schedule approved content.
- Keep footage, project files, and backups organised.
- Use feedback to improve your work and contribute fresh ideas.

Who Should Apply?

- Freshers, self-taught creators, and early-career applicants with basic filming and editing skills.
- Familiarity with at least one video-editing tool, such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Comfortable shooting on a smartphone and keen to learn framing, lighting, and audio.
- Able to understand spoken Hindi and use basic written English for research, captions, and communication.
- Interested in YouTube, social media, and AI-assisted creative tools.
- Reliable,



punctual, organised, and open to feedback.

An interest in aquariums, animals, or nature is welcome, but prior knowledge is not required.

Location and Availability

This is an in-person role based in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. Applicants should live within approximately 5–10 km of Jayanagar and be able to commute regularly.

Full-time availability is preferred. Part-time applicants may also apply and should clearly mention their available days and hours. You should be comfortable joining local shoots when required.

Laptop and Software

You must have your own laptop capable of handling video editing. We will provide the software required for the role.
