Position: Multi-Cuisine Chef (South Indian, North Indian & Chinese)

We are looking for a young, energetic, and experienced Chef to lead our kitchen operations at a premium restaurant attached to our hotel in the scenic hills of Munnar. The ideal candidate must possess strong culinary expertise in multiple cuisines and have excellent communication skills to manage kitchen operations and coordinate effectively.Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Culinary Expertise: Proven experience in preparing authentic South Indian, North Indian, and Chinese dishes.
- Experience: Candidates must have prior hands-on experience working in a busy hotel or restaurant workplace.
- Energy & Spirit: We need someone young, highly motivated,



capable of working under pressure, and maintaining high hygiene and quality standards.
- Language Skills: Spoken knowledge of Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, and English is highly preferable to ensure seamless coordination with local staff, regional suppliers, and diverse hotel guests.
