Digital Marketing Manager – Performance Marketing

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Performance Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, lead generation, conversion optimization, and maximizing return on advertising spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Develop strategies to generate quality leads, drive website traffic, and improve conversions.
- Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics, including CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Analyze campaign data to improve performance and reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and advertising platform tools.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content teams to develop high-performing advertisements.




- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a solid focus on performance marketing.
- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, paid acquisition, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in campaign budgeting, bidding, audience segmentation, and remarketing.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
- Experience in A/B testing, landing page optimization, and performance reporting.
