Key Responsibilities

- MEP Planning & Design Coordination: Manage layouts, BIM/clash-resolution, cross-departmental integration (Biomedical/IT/ELV), and technical submittals.
- Critical Care & HVAC Systems: Oversee Operation Theater (OT) and ICU ventilation, cleanroom requirements, pressure gradients, and ASHRAE/NABH standards compliance.
- Electrical & Medical Gas Systems: Supervise redundant power systems (HT/LT, DG, UPS), Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS), and BMS integration.
- Site Execution, Quality & Safety: Direct daily site work, enforce infection control and safety protocols, and track project schedules.
- Testing, Commissioning & Handover: Lead statutory approvals, third-party audits, cleanroom validations, and handover to O&M; teams.

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
