Responsibilities

- Maintain vessel records for audits, tax, and legal compliance.
- Manage inventory and month-end processes.
- Handle contract execution, logistics, and shipment documentation.
- Review and manage letters of credit and trade documents.
- Manage shipment expenses, receivables, and payables.
- Prepare and settle laytime calculations.
- Coordinate vessel nominations, loading, and unloading schedules.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, shipping guidelines, and trade regulations.
- Coordinate with shipping agents, surveyors, and suppliers.
- Support process improvements and trading operations.

Requirements

- Experience in trading operations or logistics, preferably in commodities.
- Solid knowledge of contract terms and international trade practices.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a robust team player.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
