As Lead-Teacher Recruitment, you will own teacher hiring across Artium’s online and offline centres. Our teaching network is growing quick, so you will run high-volume, high-speed hiring while keeping a high bar on teaching quality. You will build and lead the hiring engine: sourcing, screening, demo evaluation, offers and onboarding handover.

Job Overview

- Own end-to-end hiring of music teachers vocals and instruments (guitar, piano/keyboard) for online and offline centres.
- Plan and run bulk and campaign-style hiring drives, including walk-ins, virtual drives and multi-city hiring, to meet aggressive timelines.
- Build a robust pipeline through job portals, social media, music schools, colleges, communities, referrals and teacher networks.
- Partner with academic and centre leadership to forecast teacher demand by instrument, city, batch and mode of delivery.
- Design and manage the screening process: telephonic screening, demo classes, panel evaluation and feedback loops.
- Track and improve key metrics: time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness and quality of hire.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to onboarding handover.
- Maintain hiring trackers,



dashboards and ATS data, with regular reporting to leadership.
- Manage and mentor a small team of recruiters or coordinators as hiring volumes grow.
- Strengthen Artium’s employer brand among musicians and music educators.

You should have

- 4–8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or team-handling role.
- Proven experience in bulk and high-volume hiring, ideally hiring hundreds of people in short cycles.
- Comfort working at a fast pace, with tight deadlines and changing requirements.
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels, including social media and community-led sourcing.
- Experience hiring for both remote/online and on-ground roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven approach, with working knowledge of ATS tools, trackers and reporting.
- Good to have: Experience hiring in education, ed-tech, creative or other teacher-heavy organisations.
- Good to have: An understanding of, or personal interest in, music and the performing arts.
- Good to have: Experience running demo-based or audition-based hiring processes.
- Good to have: Multi-city or pan-India hiring exposure.
