Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts and Office Executive based in Visakhapatnam. The Accounts and Office Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, managing office administration, providing customer service, and supporting administrative functions.



The role includes tasks such as maintaining financial records, processing invoices, managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and assisting with customer inquiries and communications.

Position: Accounts & Office Executive
Qualification: Graduate (Commerce background)
Experience: Minimum 2 years

Key Skills Required:

- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Office, inventory handing.
- Strong knowledge of accounts & office documentation
- Valuable communication & organizational skills
- Ability to handle day-to-day office administration

Eligibility:

- candidate with commerce graduation
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Candidates residing within 5 KM will be preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
