RheumaCARE is India's largest network of rheumatology clinics, led by some of the country's top rheumatologists, including alumni of SGPGI, JIPMER, CMC and other leading institutes. We treat rheumatic and autoimmune conditions such as Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis and Lupus. Our centres offer consultations, physiotherapy, blood tests, scanning and in-house pharmacies. Why does this role exist? Many people ignore or downplay the early signs of arthritis and autoimmune disease, and by the time they get a diagnosis, avoidable damage has often been done. Good, trustworthy video content can close that gap. As our Video Editor, you will help our doctors turn their knowledge into clear, engaging educational videos that build awareness among the general public and help patients understand and manage their conditions. As a Video Editor, what is expected from you?

● Shoot videos with doctors on professional cameras and mobile phones, handling framing, lighting and audio

● Edit and finish videos for YouTube, Instagram and other platforms, including long-form explainers and short-form clips





● Work closely with doctors to plan topics and scripts and to turn complex medical ideas into simple, visual storytelling

● Add graphics, animations, captions and subtitles that make medical concepts easy to follow

● Manage our YouTube and Meta accounts: publishing, titles, thumbnails and scheduling

● Track performance in YouTube Studio and Meta Business Suite, and use the data to improve what we make next

● Experiment with new formats that make rheumatology education more engaging Requirements for this role:

● Must be well-versed in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve

● Should have hands-on experience shooting video content on professional cameras as well as mobile phones

● Should have a good eye for storytelling, pacing, sound and visual clarity ● Ability to track and interpret engagement data (YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite) to refine content strategies

● Should be able to communicate clearly and patiently with doctors and other stakeholders ● Should have a portfolio that shows both shooting and editing work Good to have:

● Proficiency in AI tools for video editing

● Proficiency in Kannada would be a bonus

● Prior experience with healthcare or educational content

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
