Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect – Agentforce who is currently open to work and available in the market. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, Agentforce, enterprise integrations, data architecture, security, and scalable solution design.

The candidate will lead architecture and technical strategy for enterprise Salesforce implementations, including AI-driven solutions using Agentforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Define Salesforce and Agentforce architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Design Agentforce Agents, Topics, Instructions, Actions, guardrails, and AI-driven workflows.
- Architect solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, Data Cloud/Data 360, and other Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Design enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, event-driven architecture, Named Credentials, and asynchronous processing.
- Define data models, security, sharing, identity, access control, and governance strategies.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance with Salesforce governor limits and platform constraints.
- Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance to developers and implementation teams.
- Review technical designs, code quality, integrations, and deployment strategies.
- Establish CI/CD, DevOps, setting management, release,



and deployment standards.
- Evaluate emerging Salesforce and Agentforce capabilities and recommend suitable adoption strategies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust solution architectures.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of overall experience in Salesforce, with strong architecture and solution design expertise.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform, Apex, LWC, Flow, integrations, security, and data architecture.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Agentforce or Salesforce AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of Data Cloud/Data 360 and Salesforce data architecture.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns, middleware, and API-based integrations.
- Expertise in scalability, performance optimization, governor limits, and Large Data Volume (LDV) architecture.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
