We are looking for a customer-friendly and enthusiastic Service Associate to join our team at PVR Limited. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, managing ticket bookings and counter operations, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with seating.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages.
- Manage ticket bookings and assist with customer queries.
- Handle counter operations, billing, and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of counters and dining areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit.
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and handle counter operations.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
