We are looking for motivated and result-oriented candidates to join our team as Client Acquisition Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers through calls and explain our educational offerings.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain effective communication.
- Work towards assigned sales and client acquisition targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Contribute to individual and team business goals.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates and postgraduates from any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, client acquisition and business development.
- Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available within 7–15 days are preferred.
Compensation Structure
During the 3-Month Internship
- Monthly compensation: ₹30,000, comprising ₹18,000 fixed and ₹12,000 in performance-based incentives, subject to applicable terms.
After Successful Completion of the Internship
- CTC: ₹7 LPA, comprising ₹4.5 LPA fixed and ₹2.5 LPA performance-based incentives.
- Full time confirmation is subject to performance evaluation and applicable company terms.
Initial Training
- A 10-day training period is conducted before on-the-job training.
- The training period is unpaid.
Work Schedule
- Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Six working days per week.
- Sunday is the weekly off.
- Work From Office only. No work-from-home or hybrid option is available.
