Head of Department (HOD) – Academics

JB International Academy is seeking an experienced and proactive Head of Department (HOD) to oversee academic operations, coordinate faculty members, develop academic programmes, and strengthen relationships with colleges and educational institutions. The role involves regular college visits for academic coordination, programme development, institutional relationship management, and identifying opportunities for academic collaboration and growth

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee academic planning, programme delivery, faculty coordination, and student progress monitoring.
- Visit colleges and partner institutions regularly for academic coordination, programme reviews, meetings, and relationship management.
- Coordinate with college principals, management teams, department heads, and academic coordinators.
- Support the development and implementation of academic programmes based on institutional requirements and student needs.
- Monitor faculty performance, class schedules,



syllabus completion, attendance, and academic documentation.
- Coordinate assessments, additional classes, student feedback, and academic issue resolution.
- Prepare periodic academic reports, visit reports, programme updates, and progress reviews for management.
- Follow up with partner colleges on proposed programmes, pending academic activities, and collaboration opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 4 years of experience in the education sector, preferably in academic administration, academic coordination, or institutional management.
- Experience in college coordination, academic programme development, or institutional partnerships is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to colleges and educational institutions as required.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
