Job Overview

Inexoft Technologies is looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Team Coordinator to support marketing, business development, and client coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good organizational abilities, and an interest in software products and business solutions.

This role involves client communication, lead follow-ups, proposal preparation, product demonstrations, meeting coordination, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with existing and prospective clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
- Follow up with leads, prospective clients, and ongoing business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical and functional teams.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and company profiles.
- Assist in software product demonstrations and client presentations.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, demos, and follow-up discussions.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, proposals, and business opportunities.
- Support lead generation, client engagement, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client requirements.
- Prepare and organize marketing materials and business documents.




- Track pending proposals, client requests, and follow-up activities.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the marketing team.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare professional documents and presentations.
- Valuable time management and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to learn about software products, ERP solutions, and business processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- A professional attitude and confidence in communicating with clients.

Educational Qualifications

- B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance or Marketing, or a related field.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in marketing, business development, client coordination, IT sales, or a similar role are preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
