Location: Rampura, Bengaluru – 560049
Experience: 2–5 years in Sourcing, Purchase or Procurement
Reporting to: Procurement Head
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Source materials and products for printing, fabrication, customised advertising, branding, corporate gifting, experience centres and display solutions.
- Identify, evaluate and develop reliable vendors.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparison sheets, and negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate samples, raise purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores and Accounts.
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant sourcing and purchase experience is mandatory.
- Strong Excel and computer skills.
- Fluency in Kannada, Hindi and English.
- Positive negotiation, vendor coordination and follow-up skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
