Responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations, including inward and outward material handling, inventory management, stock reconciliation, and dispatch activities. Ensures the accurate receipt, storage, tracking, and timely dispatch of materials while maintaining proper documentation and coordination with transporters, vendors, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inward Operations: Supervise the receipt of incoming materials, verify quantities against invoices and delivery documents, inspect materials for damages, and ensure accurate inward entries in the system.
- Outward Operations: Monitor the movement of materials leaving the warehouse, verify quantities and relevant documents, and ensure accurate recording of all outward transactions.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records, monitor inventory levels, conduct periodic physical stock verification, and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
