- Any degree or diploma.
- Preferably 1–3 years in sales, telesales, retail or customer service.
- Explicit spoken Tamil and working English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, spreadsheets and video calls.
- Strong listening, follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Furniture, interiors or other high-value product sales experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle telephone, WhatsApp and website enquiries.
- Explain bed specifications, prices and purchase terms.
- Conduct video demonstrations and send quotations.
- Follow up enquiries and convert them into orders.
- Maintain customer records and coordinate after-sales support.
