Leasing & Growth Representative – India
Base Compensation: ₹17,000/month
Work Schedule: Part-time, approximately 10–15 hours/week, versatile
Monthly KPI: 30 Qualified Leads
Commission: USD $75 per Successful Lease / Referral
Qualified Lead：A prospective student or renter who has a genuine housing need, provides valid contact information, has a defined move-in timeline, and meets the company’s basic housing-search criteria.
Successful Lease / Referral：A lead is considered successfully converted when the applicable lease/referral transaction is completed and Moo receives the related leasing or referral revenue..
Conversion Performance Standard: If the Representative generates zero Successful Leases or Referrals for two consecutive months, the Company may terminate the engagement based on insufficient conversion performance.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 per month
