Job Description — AI Video Creator – Veo 3 / Kling 3.0

We are developing an original Hindi AI-native feature film and are looking for an experienced AI Video Creator with strong hands-on experience in Veo 3 / Google Flow and/or Kling 3.0.

The screenplay, story and overall creative direction are already in place. Your primary responsibility will be to translate the screenplay into high-quality cinematic moving footage using AI video tools.

What you will do

- Create cinematic video sequences using Veo 3 / Google Flow, Kling 3.0 or similar tools.
- Maintain consistent characters, appearance, wardrobe and locations across multiple shots.
- Create connected multi-shot scenes rather than isolated AI clips.
- Handle camera movement, framing, composition and cinematic continuity.
- Create believable character movement, expressions and performances.
- Work with dialogue, lip-sync and voice where required.
- Use reference images, start/end frames and other AI techniques to maintain continuity.
- Edit generated footage into coherent scenes.
- Work closely with the project creator and refine sequences based on feedback.
- Experiment with new AI video techniques where they can improve the film.

What we are looking for

Essential:

- Strong practical experience with Veo 3 / Google Flow and/or Kling 3.0.
- A portfolio showing actual moving AI video,



preferably narrative or cinematic work.
- Ability to create multiple connected shots with consistent characters.
- Good understanding of camera language and visual storytelling.
- Robust attention to continuity and detail.
- Willingness to experiment and solve problems creatively.

Filmmaking/directing experience is useful but NOT essential. The screenplay and creative direction will be provided. We are primarily looking for someone who is exceptionally good at AI video production.

Project

This is an independent, lean-budget feature film project. We intend to develop the film passage by passage, with each completed sequence reviewed and approved before moving to the next.

The engagement can begin with a small creative test. The selected person may subsequently become the principal AI video creator for the feature.
