Job Summary
We are seeking Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries related to prepaid and postpaid telecom services. Candidates should demonstrate strong English communication skills and the ability to provide accurate information and effective customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to prepaid and postpaid services.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
- Assist with service-related issues and basic troubleshooting.
- Understand customer concerns and offer appropriate guidance.
- Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
- Follow established processes and service quality standards.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Any Degree.
- English communication proficiency at V3/V4 level is mandatory,
subject to the applicable hiring assessment.
- Willingness to work on-site at Silk Board, Bengaluru.
- Availability for rotational shifts, including 24/7 schedules.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Experience Eligibility
Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience are eligible if they meet all mandatory requirements.

Preferred Skills
