About the Role

We are hiring a Branch Sales Manager to drive sourcing of Loan Against Property (LAP) business through the Business Correspondent (BC) channel for our client.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sourcing of LAP business through the Business Correspondent (BC) channel.

- Identify, onboard, and manage Business Correspondents, DSAs, and channel partners for consistent business flow.

- Achieve assigned disbursement and login targets for LAP products.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with local connectors, SMEs, and self-employed customer segments.

- Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.

- Maintain portfolio quality through early risk identification and delinquency control (EDA management).

- Ensure adherence to KYC norms, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies.

- Track market trends,



competitor offerings, and customer needs to optimize sourcing strategy.

- Execute daily sourcing activities including lead generation, field visits, and partner engagement.

- Conduct regular training sessions for BC partners on product, policy, and process updates.

Eligibility

- Age: up to 35 years

- Education: Graduate (any discipline); MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Finance preferred

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in BFSI (preferably LAP, Mortgage Loans, or Secured Lending); BC / DSA channel management and field sales experience preferred

Skills

- Strong understanding of LAP products, secured lending, and basic property evaluation

- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills

- Field-intensive role with high ownership

- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, KYC, and documentation

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
