- Research & Inspiration: Gathering ideas from cultural, historical, and market trends to create mood boards.
- Sketching & Illustration: Translating concepts onto paper or digital platforms to visualize designs.
- Fabric Selection: Choosing materials that complement the design's shape and purpose.
- Pattern-Making: Creating the blueprints (slopers or templates) for the garment.
- Draping & Prototyping:
Pinning fabric onto a dress form to create 3D forms, followed by making samples.
- Production & Marketing: Finalizing garments and establishing branding for sale.
