Job Summary

Sharp Global Freight Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and MS Excel, with experience in handling routine accounting transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments and vendor balances.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, expense bills, and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments, customers, vendors, and auditors when required.
- Support the preparation of MIS reports and other management reports.




- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting entries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP accounting software.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Good command of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the logistics/freight forwarding industry will be an added advantage.

- Proactive in following up on receivables and resolving discrepancies.
- Willing to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Capable of maintaining confidentiality of financial information.

Salary

₹20k-22k per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
