About this role

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Build reusable, modular components and frontend libraries to improve development efficiency and maintainability.
Translate UI/UX designs and business
- into technically feasible, user-friendly interfaces.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver features, fixes, and product releases.
- Identify and resolve technical issues while optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

Skills Required

- Robust proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React.js.
- Good understanding of React architecture, reusable components, state management, and frontend performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, NextJS, REST APIs, and frontend-backend integration.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, Git, debugging, and modern development practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

Ideal Experience

- 2–6 years of professional experience in frontend/web application development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.




- Proven experience delivering production-grade applications and owning features from requirement to deployment.
- Ability to drive technical discussions, contribute to solution design, and mentor junior developers.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup/product environment with strong ownership and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Passion for working in a startup-like environment
