Expert on the Integration of Politics and the Military

Summary

Atticus Risk is recruiting a political-military integration specialist who possesses a deep understanding of military capabilities, tactics, technology, and procedures to provide one or more of the following services:

1) Provide optimal military advice on the implications of foreign military operations;

2) Develop security cooperation plans and programs to enhance client mission effectiveness;

3) Assist in developing themes and messaging to best showcase military capabilities in a manner consistent with approved public information campaigns;

4) Conduct technical reviews and research on military policies to assess their impact on policy, strategy, and operational methods.

What You Will Do

- Conduct technical analyses of existing and emerging foreign military capabilities and tactics, and provide recommendations to clients.
- Stay up to date on all aspects of security cooperation policies, plans, and programs.
- Develop and implement security cooperation plans and training programs to enhance clients’ military situational awareness.
- Liaise with government agencies to maximize the effectiveness of security cooperation programs.




- Participate in the review of project documents intended for public release.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required

What We’re Looking For

- Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in a related field must have 5 years of relevant work experience; alternatively, candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent and 9 years of relevant work experience are also eligible.
- Prior military experience

Preferred Qualifications…

- Associate’s degree holders with at least 7 years of recent professional experience; or individuals holding a recognized major industry certification with at least 7 years of recent qualified experience; or individuals with a total of 11 years of recent professional experience but without a degree or certification.
- At least 5 years of recent work experience at a service branch headquarters or higher-level command

Pay: ₹94,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per month
