About the Role: -

Tekor Minerals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Technical Sales & Business Executive to develop new business opportunities, manage existing customers, and drive sales growth in the Iron & Steel, Foundry and Ferro Alloys sectors.

Key Responsibilities: -

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, traders and recent prospects.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
- Promote and sell the company’s products and solutions to industrial customers.
- Conduct customer visits, understand technical requirements and coordinate suitable product solutions.
- Generate enquiries, prepare commercial proposals and follow up to convert opportunities into orders.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements, order execution and timely deliveries.




- Maintain regular market intelligence on customers, competitors, pricing and industry requirements.
- Support customer trials, feedback collection and development of long-term business relationships.
- Manage assigned customers and sales activities with a result-oriented approach.

Candidate Profile

- 3+ years of experience in B2B technical sales/business development, preferably in Iron & Steel Plants, Foundries or Ferro Alloys.
- Experience in industrial, technical or channel sales will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to travel for customer/plant visits.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and coordinate technical/commercial solutions.
