Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Food & Beverages Server to join our team at CHISME café. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take orders accurately, serve food and drinks, and ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but a positive attitude and good communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a welcoming attitude
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Prior experience in hospitality is a MUST.
- Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹18,400.00 per month
