Job Description

FURNIX is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of accounting principles, financial record management, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and payment records.
- Manage bank reconciliation and cash flow records.
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
- Assist with GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper financial record-keeping.
- Coordinate with management, vendors,



and other departments regarding financial matters.
- Assist in inventory and stock accounting relevant to manufacturing operations.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing company.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a relevant qualification preferred.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Zoho Books.
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in financial records.
- Candidates from Kerala and Tamil Nadu are preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Coimbatore.
