About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance and accounting functions for our hospitality business, which manages and operates hotels across the United States. The CFO will be responsible for overall financial strategy, planning, reporting, cash and fund management, compliance, and leading the finance and accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the company's overall financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
- Oversee fund management, cash flow, working capital, treasury, and investment planning.
- Lead and manage the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounting, and Finance teams.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, MIS, P&L;, balance sheet, and cash-flow statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely US GAAP accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Manage financial controls, audits, tax requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights, business analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor hotel-level financial performance, profitability, budgets, and cost controls across the US portfolio.
- Develop and strengthen financial policies, internal controls, processes, and reporting systems.
- Work closely with operations and property management teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization,



and improved profitability.
- Oversee relationships with auditors, banks, financial institutions, investors, and other external stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting organization.

Required Qualifications

- 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably within the hospitality/hotel management industry.
- CPA certification is mandatory.
- Strong experience in US accounting and US GAAP.
- Proven experience managing large finance/accounting teams, including AP and Accounting functions.
- Strong understanding of financial planning & analysis (FP&A;), budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and fund management.
- Experience managing financial operations for multiple hotels/properties or a multi-unit hospitality business is highly preferred.
- Robust knowledge of financial controls, audit, taxation, compliance, and risk management.
- Experience working with US-based leadership/stakeholders and supporting US business operations.
- Willingness to work US night shifts from Noida.

Preferred Background

Candidates from hotel management companies, hospitality groups, hotel ownership/management organizations, or other multi-property US hospitality businesses will be strongly considered. Experience overseeing finance for a portfolio of hotels and working directly with US-based executive teams is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
