Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CyberArk PAM Engineer / Consultant with strong hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, upgrading and maintaining CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions.

The ideal candidate should have end-to-end CyberArk implementation experience, including infrastructure deployment, high availability, disaster recovery, privileged credential management, session monitoring, cloud PAM and identity security integrations.

Key ResponsibilitiesCyberArk PAM Implementation & Administration

- Install, configure, deploy, upgrade and troubleshoot CyberArk PAM solutions.
- Work with CyberArk Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Central Policy Manager (CPM), PSM for SSH (PSMP), Credential Provider (CP), Central Credential Provider (CCP), Conjur and Secrets Hub.
- Configure privileged accounts, safes, platforms, password policies and session management.
- Manage credential vaulting, password rotation, privileged session monitoring and secrets management.
- Configure APIs and integrate CyberArk with enterprise applications.

Infrastructure, High Availability & Disaster Recovery

- Maintain CyberArk infrastructure availability, reliability and security.
- Configure and support high-availability and disaster recovery environments.
- Perform infrastructure patching, upgrades and network configuration.
- Configure load balancers for PSM and CCP components.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, infrastructure and performance issues.





CyberArk Privilege Cloud & Identity Security

- Understand CyberArk Privilege Cloud architecture and deployment.
- Support CyberArk Privilege Cloud environment setup and configuration.
- Work with CyberArk Identity components and advanced modules:
- WPM – Workforce Password Management
- SIA – Secure Infrastructure Access
- SCA – Secure Cloud Access
- SWS – Secure Web Sessions
- Support identity security integration and access governance.

Customer Requirements & Solution Design

- Gather and analyze customer PAM implementation requirements.
- Understand customized integration and deployment scenarios.
- Recommend suitable CyberArk architecture and technical solutions.
- Participate in technical discussions, troubleshooting and implementation planning.
- Prepare architecture diagrams, deployment documents and operational procedures.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- 4–6 years of hands-on CyberArk PAM implementation experience.
- CyberArk EPV, PSM, CPM, PSMP, CP and CCP administration.
- CyberArk Conjur and Secrets Hub knowledge.
- CyberArk installation, configuration, upgrades and troubleshooting.
- Privileged credential vaulting, password management and session management.
- High availability, disaster recovery and infrastructure patching.
- Load balancer configuration for PSM and CCP.




- CyberArk Privilege Cloud architecture and setting setup.
- CyberArk Identity components, WPM, SIA, SCA and SWS.
- API configuration and customized integrations.
- Strong customer communication and technical documentation skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- SSO, MFA and SIEM integrations with CyberArk PAM.
- IGA integration with SailPoint or Saviynt.
- LDAP, SQL, Windows, Linux and directory services.
- Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, firewalls, VPN gateways, IPS, proxy and PKI.
- Experience with enterprise identity security and privileged access governance.

- CyberArk Sentry
- CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) – PAM
- CyberArk CDE – Privilege Cloud (CPC)
- CyberArk CDE – Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM)

Candidate Screening Requirements

Candidates should be able to demonstrate:

- At least one end-to-end CyberArk PAM implementation project.
- Practical experience deploying and configuring core CyberArk components.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and upgrade experience.
- Knowledge of PSM/CCP load balancing and disaster recovery.
- Understanding of CyberArk Privilege Cloud and identity security.
- Experience translating customer requirements into technical solutions.

Important: Candidates with only CyberArk monitoring, ticket handling or basic user administration experience, without implementation exposure, should not be prioritized.
