Hiring for US Payroll Associate/Process Associate (Voice).

Job Description

We are looking for experienced US Process Payroll professionals with solid communication skills and hands-on experience in payroll operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling payroll-related queries, resolving employee/customer concerns over voice, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Key Requirements

- 2+ years of relevant US Payroll experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of payroll processes
- Ability to handle customer/employee queries over voice
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Required skills & Qualifications

- Excellent English Verbal communication skills.
- Only US Process Experience candidates can apply(min 2 years)
