We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities for our Textile shop in Cuddalore
. The candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and Advanced Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including purchase, sales, expenses, receipts and payments.
- Prepare and maintain vendor/customer ledgers, invoices, vouchers and account statements.
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory accounting-related activities and maintain supporting documents.
- Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation and ledger reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely follow-up for outstanding payments and collections.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, expense statements,
financial summaries and management reports.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and assist during internal and statutory audits.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Procurement and other departments for billing, expenses, payroll-related accounting and supporting documents.
- Track project/location-wise expenses and assist in monitoring budgets and operational costs.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting procedures and financial controls
