The Warehouse Executive plays a vital role in managing daily warehouse functions, maintaining high inventory accuracy, supervising inbound and outbound logistics, and ensuring seamless fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for maintaining orderly stock arrangements, enforcing safety standards, and leading junior warehouse personnel to achieve peak operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Inbound & Outbound Logistics

Supervise the unloading, receiving, and thorough inspection of incoming materials against Purchase Orders (POs) and delivery dockets.

Manage picking, packing, staging, and loading operations for outbound customer orders to guarantee on-time dispatch.

Identify and report any damaged items, quantity shortages, or material discrepancies immediately.

2. Warehouse Operations & Floor Management

Optimize storage density and bin allocation to maximize available floor and rack space.

Enforce safety standards, hazard protocols, and clean-floor maintenance routines across all aisles and bays.

Team Supervision & Stakeholder Coordination

Assign daily tasks to warehouse associates, loaders, and forklift operators, monitoring overall efficiency.

Liaise with logistics vendors, transport partners, procurement teams, and internal customer service departments.

Ensure proper utilization and upkeep of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, stackers, and pallet jacks.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

- Education Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any stream
- Technical Skills Proficiency in WMS and EXCEL sheet – Good to have
- Industry Experience Experience in warehousing, dispatch operations or 3PL facilities.
- Physical Requirements Ability to work on the warehouse floor, conduct stock walks, and handle active operational environments.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
