- Service & Guest Care:
- Delivers prompt, courteous table and room service to hotel guests, contributing to a increase in overall guest satisfaction scores.
- Greets patrons, explains daily menu specials, recommends beverage pairings, and resolves guest inquiries or complaints with high diplomacy.
- Operations & Setup:
- Sets up and breaks down dining areas, breakfast buffets, and event spaces according to hotel brand standards.
- Communicates food orders accurately with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory & Financials:
- Manages daily stock levels for beverage coolers, condiments, and station supplies, cutting waste by 15% through strict inventory control.
- Processes cash, room charges, and credit card transactions accurately using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Safety & Hygiene:
- Adheres strictly to local health, food safety, and alcohol service regulations.

- Dedicated Hotel Food and Beverage Attendant with one plus years of experience in fast-paced upscale F&B; environment.
- Adept at managing POS systems, executing seamless table and room service, and maintaining strict safety compliance.
- Focussed on increasing guest satisfaction ratings through personalized service and proactive upselling.
- Energetic and customer-focused hospitality qualified skilled in food safety, buffet staging, order taking, and cash handling. Eager to deliver high standards of guest care and support kitchen and dining teams in a hotel restaurants.
