Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Team Member to join our fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). In this frontline role, you will be the face of our brand—responsible for greeting guests, taking orders accurately, preparing high-quality food items, and maintaining strict hygiene standards across the restaurant. Key Responsibilities 1.

Customer Service & Order Management

- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and guide them through our menu options.
- Efficiently capture food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Drive restaurant revenue through suggestive selling and upselling of promotional items, combos, and add-ons.
- Process cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payments securely while accurately managing cash drawer limits.
- Address customer complaints with a skilled, solution-oriented attitude and escalate complex issues to the manager.

2. Food Preparation & Quality Control

- Prepare, assemble, and package food and beverage items quickly and consistently according to standardized brand recipes and portion controls.
- Ensure all orders are completed, packed properly for dine-in or takeaway, and served with minimal wait times.
- Monitor food quality, temperature, and freshness, ensuring proper date labeling and rotation (FIFO method).

Kitchen & Dining Cleanliness (Hygiene)

- Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards dictated by corporate policies and local health regulations.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen workstations, counter areas, customer dining tables, and service equipment regularly throughout the shift.
- Empty trash bins, restock condiments, and organize utensils, packaging materials, and supplies.

4. Team Collaboration & Operations

- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain a smooth flow of service during peak hours.
- Adhere strictly to grooming, uniform, and personal hygiene guidelines.
- Perform scheduled opening, mid-shift, or closing duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Students or freshers are welcome to apply).
- Experience: Previous experience in a QSR, retail cafe, hospitality, or fast-food establishment is a plus but not mandatory (On-the-job training will be provided).
- Skills:
- Basic numerical skills for cash handling and processing transactions.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, move quickly, and remain calm under pressure during peak rush hours.
- Physical & Availability Requirements:
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and carry out light lifting of supplies.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
