Hiring HR Recruiter | Remote / Part-time Project

Backbenchers Hub is looking for an HR recruiter with at least 2 years of recruitment experience to help build a small team for our D2C business in Chennai.

Roles to hire:

4 Sales Executives

Customer Support and Vendor Coordinator

Part-time Delivery Follow-up Executive (NDR/RTO)

Part-time Accountant

Find suitable candidates, screen applications, check language skills, arrange interviews and follow up until joining. We will handle product training and the work process.

Speaking Tamil, Telugu AND Kannada confidently is mandatory. You must be able to screen candidates in all three languages. Experience hiring for D2C brands is a plus.

Remote, part time recruitment project. Total project fee: ₹7,000 for completing the agreed hiring assignment.



This is not a monthly salary or a fee per hire. Hiring milestones, payment schedule and completion timeline will be agreed before starting.
