- Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for electrical panels and switchgear.
- Prepare and modify 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and 3D CAD software.
- Modify designs as per customer requirements and project specifications.
- Prepare BOMs, drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and Electrical Design teams for design implementation.
- Ensure designs are suitable for manufacturing & assembly.
- Resolve design-related issues during production and support design improvements and cost reduction.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable engineering standards, dimensions, tolerances, and quality requirements.
Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of Mechanical Engineering.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office & any 3D software.
- Knowledge of sheet-metal design and fabrication processes.
- Understanding of electrical panel & switchgear design and development will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of GD&T;, BOM preparation, material selection, and engineering drawings.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
