2. Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and customer-focused Area Sales Officer to join our team in Aurangabad, Bihar. The candidate will be responsible for developing the company's vehicle finance business, building relationships with three-wheeler dealers, generating business leads, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

3. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand the three-wheeler vehicle financing business in the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers, vehicle distributors, and other business partners.
- Generate business leads and identify new opportunities to increase loan disbursements.
- Visit dealers and prospective customers regularly to promote the company's financing products.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets as assigned by management.
- Coordinate with the credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure smooth loan processing and customer service.




- Collect customer documents and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely loan application processing.
- Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Ensure proper follow-up on prospective customers and maintain strong dealer relationships.
- Maintain daily visit reports, sales reports, and other required documentation.
- Support the development of new dealer networks and strengthen existing business partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

4. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Candidates with relevant sales experience may also be considered.

Work Experience:

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in vehicle finance, automobile finance, NBFCs, banking, or financial services.
- Experience in dealer management and field sales will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may be considered, depending on company requirements.

5. Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to generate leads and achieve business targets.
- Knowledge of the local market in Aurangabad and nearby areas.




- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and sales reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on business development.

7. Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in three-wheeler finance, commercial vehicle finance, automobile sales, or NBFC sales will be preferred.
- Candidates should have good knowledge of the local market and dealer network in Aurangabad, Bihar.
- Candidates must be comfortable with fieldwork and meeting sales targets.
- A valid two-wheeler driving licence and personal two-wheeler would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
